A.C.I.M and Sguazzi are aware that their lonely action can't be lasting, so they keep on finding reliable partners with the aim to activate the synergy of the all actors that are necessary for the project realization – as indicated in the World Summit on Information Society (WSIS). They developed some crucial partnerships. In particular the partnership with ACT Now Alliance, that directly deals with ICT access.

ACT Now Alliance is an Alliance of No-Profit Associations and other Civil Society components that is born with the aim to contribute to the fact that people can take advantage from opportunities that ICT offers. Cesare Borin and Marina Russo are the information science engineer references for Act Now Alliance.

"A library for Man hospital" was chosen by the society held by European Spacial Agency (ESA), of which Act Now Alliance is member, as project activity to be followed and evaluated during 2009, within phase 4 of CBICT project (Capacity Building through ICT: the Satcom element). For this reason it will take advantage of free access to satellite for three years.

The parabolic antenna was installed in may 2009, at Victoria Centre of the Focolari Mouvement in Man – other crucial partnership - and will be wireless connected to the library in Man hospital. The Victoria Centre was equipped with an informatics laboratory for the training and youthful education that will take advantage of the antenna; local experts will provide its correct and continous functioning. The lab development constitutes integrating part of CBICT Project. Carlo Montaguti is the doctor, from Genova, responsible since some years for the dispensary of Focolari (one of the few medical centers open during the war). He became fundamental member and scientific reference of ACIM.

L'Associazione Xmas Project of Milan gifted 30000 euros promoting the spread of the Solidarity book 2007 that tells about the library project. They will used for the purchasing of technologic and infrastructure components.

An agreement was signed with "Ospedali Riuniti di Bergamo" and "Univesità degli Studi di Bergamo" in order to support the coordination between the different involved partners – for distance training, e-learning, telemedicine -, the attention to cultural diversities and the creation of strong institutional relationships with Regione Lombardia and Ivory Coast.
